And, we live right on the property.  Our home is less than 75 yards from the lot.

 We’re located on the south side of Highway 24, 1/2 mile WEST of Peyton at mile marker 329.

 From Peterson AFB in Colorado Springs, go approximately 16 miles east on Highway 24.

 From Falcon go 8 1/2 miles east on Highway 24.
